Silent cancellation
If the licence fee is not paid by 31 January it doubles by June; miss that too and the licence is cancelled without any notice. This silent calendar is the leading cause of cancellations.
Penalty points
When a consultancy reaches 100 penalty points its certificate is suspended for a year and every client's work stops. Managing dozens of January–April–June calendars by hand is a risk.
